Hi there,

I want to run bacterial samples in a flow cytometer, but the person responsible for the machine is rightly sceptical about doing so; we've never experimented with this before, and the machine is expensive.

My question: Are there any special considerations I need to keep in mind about cleaning the fluidics after running my bacterial sample through a flow cytometer?

Regards,

A.
