SpiceLogic Analytic Hierarchy Process Software - https://www.spicelogic.com/Products/ahp-software-30. It is not free but the Student Version is very inexpensive. Also comes with Free Trial version.

The good thing about this software is that, it is very intuitive and pleasant to use because of it's intuitive user experience. Modern looking, slick UI skin makes it very motivating for daily usage. Some screenshots are attached.

Sensitivity Analysis view is also very nice. Consistency Ratio is calculated and shown by the pairwise comparison. Also, it allows to apply Transitivity Rules so that the number of pairwise comparison can be reduced from (1/2)*N*(N-1) to just (N-1).
