After the detection of XRD, some results formatted as .raw and .uxd are obtained. What should I do with these results if I would like to konw the distribution of phases involved in the detected materials? Are there any softwares or methods that can be conveniently used for the analysis of these XRD results? And if are these softwares suitable for different materials? I look forward to your answers. Initially you should match your XRD data with standard JCPDS files using softwares such as match, PDF 4.After confirmation of phases present in your material you can analyze XRD data by performing profile matching known as LeBail fitting. From this you will have information about space group and lattice parameters. In order to have information of fractional coordinates of atoms along with lattice parameters you can perform Rietveld refinement. Both LeBail fitting and Rietveld refinement can be done using FullProf software, which is freely available.
Yes, there are several softwares for the analysis of XRD patterns as suggested by Nevin Koshy . Each software has its own way of analysis. But mechanism of all the softwares is same i.e., Rietveld refinement.
Match software is easy to use for identification of phase from powder diffraction data. It compares the diffraction pattern of your sample to a database containing reference patterns in order to identify the phases which are present. Additional knowledge about the sample like known phases, elements or density can be applied easily.

you can use Jade6.5 to analyze your XRD results and this software can directly read the ".raw" and ".acs" file. You had better find a introduction about this software and it is very simple to identify your materials.
