I have already filed a Provisional Patent Application outlining the material in detail: formula, structure, mechanism, properties, method of fabrication and applications. It is a cuprate material that combines properties from the 123 material and the heavy metal (Tl, Bi) cuprates.

I have fabricated the 123 and Bi-2212 materials in the past. I cannot use my computerized kiln where I currently reside. I must wait until next week to find a location to setup and fire the mixed sample powder. Since I will eventually have to have it tested, I thought it more prudent to have someone fabricate, as well as, test the sample. The sample can be fabricated using a simple solid-state method. Nothing complicated.
