We have discovered few hundreds of plant growth promoting bacteria isolated from surface sterilised plant organs. Some of them showed high promise as biofertilizers and biopesticides. We are looking for partners who are expert and facilities for molecular identification up to species level. 16S rRNA gene sequencing revealed that a good number of these plant probiotics are novel species.
