This paper (The Influence of Maximum Running Speed on Eye Size: A Test of Leuckart's Law in Mammals) by Booth and Kirk (2012) in the Anatomical Record provides figures for "maximum running speed" in Red deer, but not Roe.
They state 72 Km/h; the source is a vehicle speedometer in the wild, a trawl through their references might be a good start to find out who took the measurement and how accurate it might be.
