Also soil type, climate conditions, elevation and etc effective on phytochemicals percent for ur plant samples.

When you talk about different activities of plant extracts from different habitats. This fact is present in lot of articles and it's not due to the presence of compounds in active or inactive forms at first place. This is related to the difference in composition and/or concentration of compounds in extracts due to location in addition to period of harvesting among other factors that can affect the antimicrobial effect.

already i correlated between the environmental condition and the effect and by searching about this information i found a book discuss this subject for many phytochemical compounds ad alkaloids, resins, terpenoils, glycosides and others.
