Yes, you may apply for a JRF post (MSc qualified) at the following Institutes.
A. Department Of Biotechnology, IIT Madras.
B. Centre for Bioscience and Nanoscience Research (Recognized by SIRO - DSIR- Ministry of Science & Technology).
C. Centre for Biotechnology, Anna University.
In the meantime, if you are a MSc student, you may clear your NET examination and get registered for the PhD programme, if you are interested. You can expect a decent stipend during the 4-5 years course.
Once you obtain your PhD, you may apply for a higher position as a Researcher or Assistant Professor for a better remuneration.
