Contact Dr.Jyotsana Rai, Senior Scientist, Birbal Sahni Institute of Palaeobotany, Lucknow who has compiled a comprehensive volume on nannofossils of India based on her research and extensive literature survey. She is also available in researchgate.
Definitely contact the Birbal Sahni Institute - they may have a database. I'm not aware of a readily available database, but there is a good paper on the palynological zonations of the Permian - early Cretaceous: http://www.dli.gov.in/data_copy/upload/INSA/INSA_1/20005ab3_329.pdf. There have been a lot of papers on the Cretaceous - Miocene Palynology of India, including zonations, but you'll have to mine individual papers. I recommend the works of B. Nandi (1990 and 2002 with S. Chattopadhyay) as starting points, and also the 1994 work by N.N. Dogra in Cretaceous Research. Dogra is on ResearchGate.
