Dear Singh - it is mean by extract seafood for metal analysis etc. E.g. Take a 1 g of seafood, add 10 mL of water or water+methanol, and use ultrasonication etc. and the extractant use for some analysis etc
Still the question is not clear to me. However, from the answer given, apprently, you need to extract heavy metal ion from extract and remove arsenic compounds? What is the technique you are planning to use?
