Dear Danilo Rogayan Jr., there are several teaching methods for sciences that are discussed, such as PBL(problem-based learning), TBL (team-based learning), directed studies, clinical cases, methodology of problematization (Margerez Arch) among others. Recent studies of these methods are accessible in the form of scientific articles. In addition to books, articles have the advantage of being published quickly and are constantly improving, with experiments based on varied methodologies. These studies are disponible in databases as: MedLine/PubMed - LILACS - SciELO - Cochrane Databases of systematic reviews... etc.
Three years ago, a Research Gate colleague asked the question :" What are innovative teaching strategies in science classroom?". There were several good contributions including references.
