Are there any free reliable databases that can be used to interpret LC-QTOF-MS/MS data?

We are looking for reliable databases that are free where we can be able to decipher the data we gathered from our experimentation. We cannot access paid databases due to cost implications and I would really appreciate your suggestions or help on this.
