Some nuclei have a magnetic moment. But the nucleus consists of nucleons, the latter are composed from elementary particles. Have any elementary particles only magnetic moment or there are suggestions about that they possess magnetic monopole? What is about Big hydronic collider?

Though I personally consider it 'physical philosophy' whether the so-called dirac string has 2 monopoles (one at each end) or is to be considered a dipole.

All elementary electromagnetic particles, such as the electron, positron, the up quark and the down quark have a magnetic moment by structure, since they are charged. They also have magnetic poles by definition.
Since they show point-like behavior in all scattering experiments, this means they their poles geometrically coincide by structure.
An easy to carry out lab bench experiment proves that they can be present only in alternance, which means that their magnetic field can be dipolar only long the time dimension, which in turn means that at any given moment, they behave as magnetic monopoles. The first reference describes the experiment.
The inverse cube interaction law involved between the magnetic aspects of point-like behaving electromagnetic particles has recently been experimentally confirmed in 2014. See second reference.
