Thank you for your answer, but I tried both cyclic voltammety and polarography techniques but the problem that is both omega 3 and omega 6 gave the same pic potential because they are isomers.

I also think capillary electrophoresis will do the trick. Good luck!

If you are using electrochemical techniques be aware that your sample is electroactive and which is the best supporting electrolyte as well as your reference, just basic concepts you must know before running CV experiments I hope it works and let us know you manage to get what you want Good luck!
