I understand several normal DNA intercalators, such as ethidium bromide, acridine, SYBR et al. would emit fluorescence. Is there any kind of DNA intercalator that do not have fluorescence?

I do not think there is any. Most of the intercalators show fluorescence.
In a way, may be, for example polyamine, such as spermine can bind to double strand to stabilize the helix. They do not have any fluorescence.
