I searched google for "Farmer Producer Organization" "covid-19" and got more than 3000 results. If you read those and summarize, you can get a partial answer. There will not be "case studies" laid out for you. You have to piece together what is happening.

I suggest keeping a paper and pen beside you. Read them one by one, without forming a strong opinion. Note down ideas and resources and possibilities as they come to you. I usually try to read twenty or thirty before forming opinions. But the list of idea and possibilities grows quickly.

Much depends on what you want to do. And if anyone you know is immediately at risk or already sick or dying.

Sorry I cannot be more help. I track the global status, and try to predict total deaths world-wide. And try to find ways to use the Internet to ameliorate this now and prevent this in the future. Note, in the results of that search, many people are using apps and the Internet to communicate with each other to compare notes and best practice ideas.
