Are there all-weather surface and air temperature global products at MODIS pixel scale or up to 5km ? Some scholars have studied and developed algorithms of all-weather surface and air temperature at high spatial resolution. Whether or not they released the corresponding product ? If so, how to get the products?

There are many scientific sites managed by NASA for providing all weather data from different satellites geostationary and polar orbit types they varies in resolution between 4 km for Modis to 1 degree GOES.

M. Awad Thank you. I didn't make myself clear. We actually need all-weather temperature data at high spaitial resolution (~5km), as well as high temporal resolution (daily). Are there any products meet this requirement ?
Try downloading it using Earthexplorer or Glovis (Search for Modis products)
MODIS has a daily 1km spatial resolution LST product (both Terra and Aqua with Day and Night LST products, MOD11A1 and MYD11A1). You can download these data products from https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/. But, there are spatial data gaps due to cloud cover in these products, as obvious in optical/thermal products. The geo-stationary satellite LST products (e.g. MTSAT-1R Himawari-6 ) might be a help, due to their high temporal resolutions. The spatial resolution can be slightly coarser in these products compared to MODIS. Still, these product won't completely ensure to avoid data gaps along a day due to the presence of clouds.
