It is good to see that men are facing some challenges from their counterpart i,e,women. At least men are now thinking seriously about the education of women. Obviously, a positive sign for the development of the society. Do we all feel that almost half of the population(female) will remain in indoors without exposed to education is good? A common slogan of late is now hovering around throughout India that " BETI BACHAO BETI PARHAO" and another slogan was "If mother is literate their children will be literate too".

Keeping those Missions in view, my opinion is, I don't feel there is any competition as no.of success of women is very less as compared to male. We sould take it as a positive departure from tradtion to modernity on the part of the women.

Women do have and give off a competitive spirit in pursuing and attaining higher educational qualifications. However, despite women having access to education (which in some countries they don’t), the educational environment is not an enabling one, particularly to women who are married with children. Due to the many roles women play, education becomes difficult to achieve. To bridge the gender gap in education its important for women to be part of decision-making processes which seldom occurs in higher educational institutions.

Per 2017 data 56% of students in US college campuses are women. This certainly makes them a competitive force in higher education. This would level the playing field so that women can compete more favorably in job sectors where men have dominated in the past.

This is true that women are giving competition in education sector. The reasons being, all the persons are equal and should be given equal importance. Women also to be educated. I think I get the gist of your question - but I am also not in favour of competitive systems - I feel we should now be moving in the direction of collaborative systems where we work together to get results which are based on harmony and not competition.
