I am a research scholar from India. I wish to write a paper on CIS ( ex- communist) countries. I welcome to any researcher with strong idea about CIS countries. It will be joint effort intended to be published in a good journal.

Let me put my preliminary idea: Ex communist countries , especially CIS countries started a different journey way back in 1990. This change in regime supposed to have brought higher level of welfare or satisfaction among the citizens of these countries. Has it ever happened? After three decades, this question certainly needs academic investigation? I have some data.

I would be happy to listen from any fellow researcher. Prafulla
