It depends on copyright and licensing policy of that journal. Some publisher allows self-archiving and some do not even its open access. Kindly Read copyright/licensing policy of journal and its publisher. For example, AIJR publisher allow self-archiving  if original source get acknowledged by linking to journal page as explained here https://www.aijr.in/about/policies/copyright/ 

It depends on the terms and reference and the copyright policies of the  journal.

you have to check if it is permissible in the copyright policies of the journal, but in general for most journals; sharing between researcher is allowed.
