It is naive to think that a scientific publication will be reviewed in 7 days as the IOSR claims in its webpage: hence predatory. Not indexed by Scopus or similar: predatory. No information of the impact factor: predatory.
The other has even less information on the webpage and it is also not indexed by Scopus: predatory.

Hi Stephen, I'm not familiar with the IOSR, nevertheless, 7-days review is ridiculous. As far as the second journal is concerned, I've been addressed by them several times already. What troubles me the most they took a name of one renowned journal and just chenged it adding a colon. Something I'd definitely pilory this journal simply by not sending anything to them.
It does not seem possible in 7 days to have a reasonable evaluation of a scientific article for publication. I mean a serious and critical review process that can contribute to a quality journal. According to the informed submission process, perhaps if the fee is paid, the article will be approved in less than 7 days. We just needed to suggest an acceleration rate of the evaluation, like a fast track. This is not possible, it does not seem like a serious process.
