The efficiency of the government is one of the most important variables that work and effect on the development of the economy, and the variables of governance like political stability, high control over corruption, and the high quality Rule of law, are important variables that act as a supportive environment for education and business and exploitation of human resources of various kinds, educated and uneducated, I agree that corruption and weak law are one of the most important variables effecting education.
THE TRUTH IS THAT POOR INSTITUTIONAL ORGANISATION AND BAD LEADERSHIP ARE THE MAJOR CAUSE OF UNDERDEVELOPMENT IN LDC BECAUSE THEY BREED CORRUPTION AND CORRUPTION IS NOT AN INGREDIENT OF DEVELOPMENT.

Hello Mr Jomard. The main point of my investigation is centered in the formulation of a politic in basic education. I created a model and I applied in México. One of my conclusions pointed out that the politicians and bureaucrats improve in the formulation of an educational politic, of course, this has a negative impact in the education field
Thank you Mr. Poblano-Chavez, this is a good finding. I agree with you that political interference with the education system, especially when there are defects in such interference would weaken the quality of education. So now we have two channels through which governance defects hinders the contribution of education, one through weakening the quality of education and the other through preventing education (educated and skilled people) from playing their role in enhancing growth.
