Assuming that there exists in the human brain an internal code known as 'Mentalese' or LOTH (Language Of Thought Hypothesis), then while modelling human language interface using formal languages, rather than interpretation strategies (I : Natural Language expression --> Internal Representation), one should presumably consider translation techniques (from natural languages to Mentalese and vice versa - T(l1,l2): Natural Language l1 --> Transfer or Pivot Representation --> Mentalese Language l2).

Thank you for your suggestion. I have just changed the 2nd question in the questionnaire. Your remark about linguistics which is becoming more and more scientific is correct. I hope that more progress in neurological research on language will allow linguists to approach languages with more accurate methods and tools.
You proposed to reflect on the triple Written Language Natural Language Language of Thought. I suppose that what you have in mind is the fact that modelling needs some "matter/expression", and in the case of formal modelling one needs a precise (formal) language. However, in order to avoid a vicious circle, linguists need to adopt the objective or "God's Eye" perspective. For this reason, "written languages" (in your sense) should be used for describing Natural Languages as well as Language(s) of Thought (and even "written languages" by the meta-language of their own).
Indeed, the relationship between Language and Thought is largely unknown, but there are multiple philosophical options. In this situation an intersubjective choice would be most valuable.

However, if it is impossible to decide on the theoretical nature of the internal code of the human brain, then the Language of Thought hypothesis (Jerry FODOR, 1975) is weakened and should be called into question.
