Hi all, I ask, whether heavier isotopes (for example metals) are "stickier" somehow in adhering to silica? A paper on Xray response from various metals would indicate otherwise, at least for X ray response, right? I'm wondering what the reason might be, for silica's preference (or so it seems) for not only heavy metals, but heavier isotopes of the big metals...Thanks in advance for all responses and thoughts. Just a novice here :)
