It depends on our creative intelligence how we do our jobs and what results we achieve.It also depends on the creative intelligence of persons and the way they react in different, often chaotic, situations. In her book, A Simpler Way, Margaret Wheatley wrote, “When simple relationships are created, patterns of organization emerge." The driver's behavior in the traffic congestion is good example showing how drivers self-organize themselves in a system. Are creative intelligence and self-organization the same thing?
Gnane: I think they are two concepts. They may complement each other. However, they both have their own characteristics. For me, self-organisation is rational - creative intelligence can be intuitive. Once you deliberately organise something you have reasons for the outcome. A good dichotomy to think more deeply, though.
