I have seen some books making reference to the possibility of forming aqueous two-phase systems using water+glucose+polymer, where the polymer is something like PEG or PPG.
Do you know if any of those polymers (or others) is able to form two phases with 5% w/w glucose? Do you have any phase diagrams?
