I think this has to be a overarching model with three levels:
1. The collection of data through IoT and the emergence of Big Data;
2. The capability to collect data from various service providers on a two way stream (send and receive);
3. The integration of AI to collect, analyse and interprete data with potential feedback loops, so that we can better monitor and control data across various service providers.
