So I had submitted my manuscript at Applied Nanoscience by SN.

The reviewer comments came in on may 15, and by may 25 the status is Reviews completed. I waited for a month, as I know editors are busy people. But there was no development in the matter. I sent my first mail to the journal, and they said that the manuscript is with the editor and they will provide a response soon. Now it is more than 3 months, since reviews completed status first showed up. I have mailed the journal multiple times, but the response is the same.

I asked the contact person to raise the issue with the EIC as the respective editor is non-responsive, but according to her, it cannot be done, as the situation is not "Urgent" in her sense.

What should I be doing now, It has been 6 months since initial submission and 3 months since the reviews have been done. And I am losing my patience as there is no help from the journal staff. Just because an editor is too lazy to read a couple of reviewer comments or have gone AWOL, many other authors like me are suffering too.

Who can I contact if the EIC doesn't respond back, or i wish to raise a complaint against the journal itself for wasting authors time.
