My comments

1- In page 76 you state “Almost in all other issues, the overall number of criteria because decision making the general alternatives is pervasive”

I am afraid that I share this sentence, since the number of criteria is not pervasive. Criteria are pervasive, but not their number

2- In page 77 you enumerate four criteria. Do you think that they are enough for an evaluation?

I do not think that this is realistic, unless the purpose of this paper is to illustrate very succinctly the TOPSIS method, but I cannot see any practical application

There are more essential criteria that should be added

3- In page 77 you speak about experts giving weights. Based on what? How a person can say that environment is 0.4 and safety 0.1? This is pure fabrication, without any mathematical support

4- Where is the graphical model for TOPSIS that you mention in the conclusion?
