1- For raw data it's not necessary to include it ;( Generaly, it depends of your data type, source, licensed, confidentiality process,...).

2- For SPSS, you can just put your syntax or at least summary of your data and Tables that you considered unimportant to put them in text.

SUPERVISOR. You need to contact you supervisor and ask what are the requirements and how the materials should be attached or presented. There should be two-way communication between thesis students and their thesis supervisors. Each university may not have the same requirements for material presentation.

LIBRARY. If you are not able to contact your supervisor, check the university library to see most recent practice of how the two issues had been treated by other thesis records completed by alums at your university. All universities keep records of their prior thesis publications.

Congrats on reaching the stage of Appendices of Dissertation, it shows that you have really worked hard. In this stage many postgraduate students become unaware of what should be included in the Appendices. To help you, I will go with what Paul has advised you to do, that is, either consulting your supervisor or read dissertations in your institution library to see what other students have done in the past. Additionally, obtain your graduate school manual on dissertation writing. Nevertheless, you do not need to include raw data, but inferential statistics that is voluminous and cannot fit in main text.
