I am very new to this field and would be grateful if you could help me to give a head start. I have been following this tutorial from Youtube (https://youtu.be/GXA2PyqKYdY?t=405) and whenever I am browsing over to the folder where I have saved in my input script (at 06:48), it is giving me "lammps_tutorial' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." Please help :)

Md Bayezidh Rezowane Hossain, I haven't watched the video, but it sounds that, you are running 'lammps_tutorial' as an executable whereas you are supposed to change the current directory to 'lammps_tutorial' directory. To do so, you use cd "file_location" (ex: cd "F:\a\b\c\d") and if you are still in the previous location (say, C:\User\Win 10), you again type the disk name: (ex: F:) and press Enter.
If you have installed LAMMPS on your computer resource, look at the examples and the input files there, plus use the online manual https://lammps.sandia.gov/doc/Manual.html
If you are not familiar with molecular dynamics then first read some books on it : I recommend Allen & Tildesly, Computer Simulations of Liquids https://www.amazon.com/Computer-Simulation-Liquids-Science-Publications/dp/0198556454
