I am looking for a BALB/c mouse to use for bone marrow transplantation experiments that expresses fluorescent protein in its haematopoietic cells (GFP/YFP/mCherry - any will do!)

I have not been able to find this on Jax or Charles River. I have seen reports of backcrossing to GFP B6 mice which appears to all have been done "in house". There are also some mention of UBC-GFP insertion from this back-crossing to also result in retention of the B6 MHC (i.e. the BALB/c are no longer H2-Kd but take on H2-Kb)

Has anyone any experience with this?
