Anyone seen Nuclease P1 produce a third spot on TLC when looking at Adenosine and its modifications e.g. m6A?

I've been seeing a third spot on my TLC near the solvent front with a phosphorimager. I am digesting nucleotides with Nuclease P1 to observe adenosine and N6-methyladenosine.

I believe it is phosphate, but I am not entirely sure.

I was wondering if this is common or if anyone knows if there is a measure to prevent this.
