TPE-V is a blend of EPDM and polypropylene. Based on chemical resistance charts, I would start by trying chlorobenzene. You can look at the charts yourself and see if there are other good candidates,
IT IS HARD TO FIND A SOLVENT FOR TPE-V, IF YOU REFERE TO VULCANIZATE, IF EPDM-PP IS THE CASE, MAY BE AS INDICATE JAMES HANSON CHLOROBENZENE IS A POSSIBIITY, HOWEVER I THINK YOU WILL NEED TEMPERATURE TO SOLUBILIZE PP.
According to the chemical structure of both EPDM and PP (TPE-V - Vulcanized PP/EPDM Compound) excellent resistance to several chemicals, e.g. bases, acids, alcohols, detergents, and solvents is one of their properties. But, hydrocarbon solvents which are simply mixtures of saturated, long straight chains, or branched chains like normal paraffins, iso-paraffin, cyclic paraffins, benzene, kerosene and xylene at high temperature (more than 100˚C) can be considered as a solvent for TPE-V.
