Hi, I wanted Mycobacterium leprae cosmid/cDNA library for my work and it is no longer there at Institute Pasteur, the place M. leprae got sequenced. I got MLCY715 from them and cloned M. leprae ftsZ, back in 2005. Unfortunately, Dr. Honore has since retired and the entire thing is untraceable. Do you know anyone who might be having a similar cosmid/cDNA library? I am open to discussion on any MTA conditions. Again, I need to clone some more genes.
