I'm trying to find a link to MSVAR for some population genetics work looking at bottlenecks. Any links to downloads would be appreciated. Currently, all the link I find are broken.

I am no longer involved in research on msvar (was part of my ph.D thesis) but I probably still have the package on my personal computers. I'll check this week whether I find it or not.
However, it is now quite an old method, there are probably new methods that have been developed and could be useful for your works. For instance, check at the methods that were developed by my co-authors (Renaud Vitalis, Raphaël Leblois), that are also very efficient
