I would recommend to contact Professor Robert Danzer heading the Institute for Structural and Functional Ceramics at the University (Montanuniversität) Leoben. Although, probably there are no activities in the field envisaged, Robert is the specialist for ceramic materials in Austria.
Additionally, you could also contact the company FACC, located in Ried im Innkreis / Upper Austria. FACC is the leading Tier-1 supplier for carbon reinforced materials for aircraft and aircraft engines.
