Anyone know how to calculate carbon-carbon coupling constant?

I would like to study the origin of precursor for my compound biosynthesis by feeding with 13C-doubly labelled acetate. May I know how do I calculate the coupling constant between doubly labelled carbon so that I can get information on which carbon couple to another. Thank you.
