Proposed Special Issue on Advances in Molecular Oncology: Closer analysis of recent breakthroughs
Cancer is a complicated and genomically complex disease and rapidly emerging preclinical and clinical studies are adding new information into molecular oncology. In this thematic issue we will emphasize on most recent advancements in oncology. We set spotlight on intracellular signaling cascades reported to be deregulated spatio-temporally in cancer cells, loss of apoptotic cell death and how miRNAs have revolutionized the field of oncology.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Cell Signaling.
TRAIL mediated signaling in cancer cells.
miRNA regulation of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in cancer.
Phytochemicals mediated targeting of protein network in cancer cells.
