Hi Jeric,

glyphosate detection in soil and plantes (which is not high concentrated) will be not possible with a UV detector. As Michael Päch said, MSD would be better. Alternativ would be an fluorescence detector with an FMOC derivatization. Could you use an Ion chromatography System?

Agree with Matthias. Here's the method with FMOC/UV detector.
