Normally when you send your paper to a journal it usually tells you on its author website the status of your publication.
There are journals that do not have such a website for authors. I imagine that will be your case.
The normal process of a journal is that it passes a first filter of the editor. If they don't like the article, they usually notify you quickly. If the editor considers that it is acceptable, it is sent to the reviewers and depending on the journal it can take from a month or several months.
I think that in your case you have to be patient because it seems to be in the status of reviewers.
According to the journal website, submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process and "the review process is via email, and should take no more than 3 to 6 months" so you may have a little while to wait before receiving feedback.
