We have diluted the collagenase II at 0.1ug/ml in PBS, first using a pre digest buffer of 5mM EDTA in HBSS. The cells are in the pre digest for two 20 minute incubations, washed and then added to collagenase for two more 20 minute incubations.

Does anyone have any experience of trying to isolate LPMCs and a good method?
