Hello everyone,
My lab is currently looking for a hamster brain atlas and cannot find anything. If anyone has a good source to one, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
Dear Parker Volk
Can you be more specific? What kind of atlas do you want? because the Hamster brain toolbox doesn't support any atlas sources.
But if you want the electrode locations, you will find them in the system coordinates provided by the author.
Just follow the directory line :

Dear Abdulhakim Alezzi ,
Thank you for your reply and sorry for my lack of clarity. I'm looking for a hamster brain atlas with stereotaxic coordinates like this: https://www.elsevier.com/books/the-mouse-brain-in-stereotaxic-coordinates-compact/franklin/978-0-12-374244-5
but for a hamster brain.
