Anyone have a good whole mount PCNA staining protocol for zebrafish?

Hi all,

I am looking for a protocol for successful PCNA immunostaining of a whole mount zebrafish. The protocol we are currently using is giving a lot of unspecific background staining. I am wondering if anyone has a successful protocol to use on whole embryos and not sections? We are looking to image the trunk vasculature.
