Anyone has used a treatment (in vivo or in vitro) of A1 agonist and A2a antagonist together?

Hi all. I am wondering the possible beneficial effects of using an A1 agonist together wih and A2a antagonist. I am wondering if someone has some information of this combined treatment or any article. I am working on neuroinflammation. Thank you.
