I am developing a scale to investigate the relationship between academic practices and cultural diversity among university students. For psychometric property issue, I have to find another similar scale to use it on a sample of university students to investigate criterion validity to the scale I am developing.
Prof. Dukmak: By "cultural diversity" do you mean to include cultural understanding? This is tricky as there are so many related constructs in this area. We have been using the CRES to examine pre- and post- cross-cultural "readiness" in students engaged in various global health experiences. Here is the citation: Jean-Francois, E. (2015).
