I have installed and compiled this code in the past but I am trying to install and compile onto a different machine with almost identical set up. I am running into an issue and I remember encountering it the first time but I cannot remember my solution.
I have attached my arch.make file, the makefile, and the error I am receiving. It appears the error is the computer not recognizing gfortran. I have checked to make sure mpif90 was on the machine and it was. I also tried different compilers such as mpif77 and mpiifort out of desperation. I am very inexperienced in this area and was really hoping to get some advice. Anything will help.

Since posting this question I have realized some quite obvious problems. I realized gfortran is not installed on this machine. At this time the computer does not have internet access so I am not quite sure what my options are for trying to install gfortran. I decided to try switching to ifort but found that the license was expired and I have a new intel account but again not sure how to sign in to my intel account on the computer to update the ifort license without internet connection (unless there is a way offline).
I have an idea at a way to use my cell phones mobile hotspot to have brief internet access to install gfortran and then work from there.
I just checked, gfortran is available with the gcc install in my red hat as well as fedora. The path appears to be non-standard - not usual local/bin or local/lib local/include.
