i want to check toxicity of cry protein on zebra fish, and want to carry out blood analysis and biochemical assays,, can anyone guide me if its possible due to their small nature of size? if yes then how? do they have enough blood for sampling?

I used a pulled capillary glass pipette, bevel tip. Fish is under anesthesia using MS222. insert the pipette under the scale right above vertebrae (midline on lateral line). Fish can survive the protocol, but the vol you ll get is running around 10-20 ul
