If your data collection is based on paper & pencil, you need to transcribe the filled hard copy questionnaire from all respondents into SPSS in the following manner (assuming you have created all the question items label e.g. FLWS1-FLWS20 in SPSS variable view):
If your data collection is based on on-line survey. Your collected data should be in Excel spreadsheet equivalent format. Then you can copy & paste from spreadsheet into SPSS data view. Alternatively, you can use SPSS to open the spreadsheet. Wishing you all the best.
Abdullah Suhaili , it looks like you may have received the help without really specifying the mode of data collection. If you need more help I can provide specific details. My guess is that you used hard copy “paper pencil” method. Just for my curiosity can you please share your mode of survey administration?
