there are many studies exploring perceptions of walkability that use questionnaires. There are also other approaches that rely on spatial analysis. I hope the broad literature review in the below article can be of help

There is one Polish linear experience (so street as well) visual assessment tool, by K. Wejchert, that has been around for quite long. Is well tested and many people use it.
